But his music was always pop chart stuff from that first major studio album. It was clever, different and the lyrics were great but it was pure pop music that appealed to the masses.

I have to thank PTCH for putting me onto this hip-hop tune. I listen to it all the time...

Ok so made my plans for a trip around the Balkans. Hitting Croatia but not sure where yet, Mostar and Sarajevo in Bosnia and then off to Belgrade in Serbia. Anyone been to these places or any other recommendations?
 
For the first time in ages i remembered the dreams i had last night, for some reason i had left a large stash of drugs in the drawers of my childhood bedroom where i grew up in my parents house. I had to get back to the drugs to hide them before they found them. Then the house merged into some fuckin architectural genius futuristic sci fi hotel thingy on the sea front with a kind of chrome harbour, and other people were in my room so i couldnt get to my drugs. I didnt like the drugs panic thing, but my imaginary hotel building was fuckin cool.

Best part of being asleep imo, I get so mad if I am woken from a good dream.
Had one a few days ago I was in some kinda strange room smoking good gear & watching old Chinese Kung Fu films then my phone went off & woke me up as my mate needed a number, as much as I tried to capture the scene back it was gone sadly.

I cursed that phonecall all day long.

EDIT: Phi Life Cypher featured on an earlier version of Clint Eastwood by Gorillaz. However Damon Albarn and Dan The Automator decided to use Del Tha Funky Homosapien instead. This version was later officially released on G-Sides, a compilation of the B-sides from the first three singles which was released in Japan and quickly followed with international releases in early 2002. Phi Life Cypher, did however perform the track with Gorillaz at the Brit Awards.

Phi-life Cypher are great and still UK hip-hop ftw, even if one of the rappers in that vid is from oakland...but they all sound like phi-life cypher to me? :sus:

I brought an extendable baton with me. Was a fine, fine weapon... my "extendable baton"... but some lesbian girl reported me after I accused her of being bisexual. funny story.

Ended up having my room broken into and searched, but they found nowt, which is lucky coz I had some gear kicking around.

I feel the same sadly, got my Birthday in less than 3 weeks & I am getting old, well too old to be doing the shit I am.
Everyone keeps saying to me "Your going to be XX, you should have kids & be married by now" kinda makes me think like I have "failed" in some way & brought shame upon my family.

Then again I look around me alot of the time & see your average member of this earth & wonder if I have learned something due to my lifestyle that they will never know about.
Like most people think life is here to be mapped out, 18 you go to Uni, take a gap year, get a job, get married, have kids blah blah blah.........
That kinda thing never really filled my heart with joy & I saw it as some kind of "Trap" yeah I aint rich, I aint even average in financial & meterial things but the little I have is all I need, what do I need a 1080 HD Television for I wonder?

This Birthday I guess will be spent with a bag of weed, maybe some mxe & company of myself, just how I like it.
 
Lithium, blueberry and and xanax = sleeping like a baby for fourteen hours. Beautiful.

Just plugged a third of a bag of gear, smoked the rest and smoked the tooter, which was about a week old. Along with weed, which I haven't smoked on a Saturday morning for weeks.

In severe need of motivation here...
