I heard on the news today that badgers moved the gaol posts

This has confirmed many a suspicion and in many ways set my mind at rest, I hope this new helps others do the same.

i know you hate lectures sam and are starting to get sick of them, but taking smack mid week is a very slippery slope. The next step is you think its thursday tmorrow, thats virtually the weekend so i might as well have some then too as well, you know how this finishes, whether you are taking sensible doses or not, it so easy to find that a daily habit has crept up on you.

MDB yes above 3/400 is pointless, and the 45 min thing can help with getting some sort of nod out of it, not sure on the science (as usual!)

Marmz you're back in the good books with your maccas chat :D what's your flavour re: milkshake? I love em all, but my current is strawberry, chocolate too much to have with a meal I feel, banana nice as a snack (with a cheeseburger<3)

And also.............dipping your chips in the shake =D

Tonight I took my little sister to Frankie and Bennies...ultimate hot dogs, chicken parmgianas and 24£5 cocktails.

Only one flavour for milkshakes, and that's chocolate. I don't like fake strawberry taste.

Milkshakes should NEVER be drunk with anything, especially not burgers of any kind. Only ever on their own, in place of a meal. My arse is huge, but even it wouldn't cope with food and a shake.

Dipping chips/fries in a shake?! Get thee to Scotland or some other weird/bad food establishment!

Just ate two veggie deluxes, 1 large fries and 1 Malteaser McSlurry.

Stuffed.

In the absence of any sleeping aids whatsoever 'cept melatonin, I'm gonna capitalise on the inevitable carb crash this heap of shit I just ate will inevitably give me, and go to bed now.

This means I'll likely put on 2kg overnight, .. oh well

And yes Knock probably right, I only mentioned that dose because thats the ceiling effect apparently, not sure of the ld50 you can certainly have 1g in 24 (not in 1 go though like'say)
 
Honestly, it's not as bas as it might seeem. I'm not using dirty pins/ apart from the first hit, after realisig I was out of fresh 'uns. Though truth be told, it's so tempting to just forget about and have a difn- tegw-relewwk

I won't allow myself to become adddicted again.I have enough to deal with. Jiust need a break from me, that's all.

Tramadol? No I think the daily limit is 300/400mg. It's not the LD50 you have to worry about, Tramadol can cause seizures at higher doses.

people take far more, I haven't looked up the recommended dosage though tbf, it's a horses for courses thing with people i know.

But at the end of the day the ceiling dose seems to be around 400 so it ain't worth it anyways. But if seizure prospects increase after that then fair enough.

It's a bit tepid for my liking as it goes. Pleased though actually, happy to stay off naughty stuff whilst my son is young :)
 
errrrrmmm, would an analegsic such as tramadol mean I don't get the 'tug' or 'pull' at the back of my throat from an e-cig that I usually do??
Not taken shit in time you see, and tonight can't feel a damn thing from these fuckers! I would usually get a nice full-cig-action back there when smoking them but tonight it ain't happening:\

There have been so many people really ill off Tramadol recently - I've noticed a lot of random threads about it around the place.
