It's most likely in the stylesheets, if not it's in the javascript, you don't need to install anything. But you do need to know what you're doing. Nerdboy will sort you out! The only Flash on BL is youtube videos.

There are firefox extensions that make it even easier though (or is "Inspect Element" built in? might be...)
