Very complicated - I wish you luck. I'm really ignorant when it comes to JSA / housing etc - I have no idea what is involved or how it works.

That's what I thought.What has my housing situation got to do with a Job Seeking Allowance.
The JSA is paid to you if you are looking for work and can prove that you are, which I am and I show them my job applications etc each time I sign on.
Just thought maybe my name isn't down on the council tax register as my mate doesn't want his housing association to know I'm staying here.
Could be that maybe that is making them doubt I live where I say I live.
 
Until the start of the year it was 3 months before a new claim could be put it.

I asked just before I signed off in case everything went tits up for me and I needed to sign back on.

Whether it's changed since then I do not know.

Yeah I'm certainly gonna have to find out what the latest rules are.
I still have some cash from a tax rebate that I could survive on for a few months if need be.

yep. i think it's 12 weeks and then it doesn't be linked. imagine there were people (stil lare) some people who have claims that link to unemployment benefit.

they're getting right wanky over stuff. I think they choose who to bully. they bullied me when I signed on , single parent one of their target groups. I appealed every sanction they gave and always won, coz they're wankers. they don't know what they're doing, they think they know. love the word MANDATORY they do. never forget bitch telling me it was mandatory that i gave her my cv. I went and got it, without so much of a glimpse at it she folded it up and put it in ,y claim wallet. yeah, right, you relly needed that bit of paper.

Good on you for doing it too, they are so quick now to cut someone for hardly anything at all & it's a joke, how about make all the rich people pay the correct tax than cut the small shitty bit of money they give out.

If my JSA goes wrong in the next 12 months i'm coming over Yam Yam sides & we can have a toot while working through the paperwork.
 
Max, do NOT sign off. People are allowed to do their mate's favours and let them sleep on the floor. His HA should be ok but you musn't tell them about any cash you pay him, that makes it not ok.

If all else fails, invite them round. And bury them under the floorboards

Wankers they certainly are PinkP.
You didn't have to give them a copy of yr CV to keep,as long as you can show that you have one then that is all they can demand of you.
I sent a digital copy last week for them to send out to a job but I added that they must only use it for that particular job and no other purpose and must not keep a copy of it which are my rights under the data protection act.
If they ever say to me something is Mandatory then I always ask them to show me in writing where it states that. Majority of the time they can't show me anything that says it is mandatory.
You gotta watch them fuckers

Good point. Plus I am saving the council money by not asking for any money or trying to get them to put me in a bedsit or something.
I like living here with my mate, we have lived together in different places for not too short of about 20years.
Even when I was married my mate came to live with us and rent out our spare bedroom. Which helped him and helped us with the mortgage.
I was only thinking of signing off as so sick of all their bullshit,but I also don't want to let them beat me.

Four pairs of trousers, new pair of MERRELS (particularly stylish ones too) - and 10% discount with my Tiso card. Four T-shirts from M&S (particularly stylish T-shirts too). 14 pairs of socks, colour-coded and each pair assigned a day of the week, this ensures even wear.

Now looking at jobs on the bus through to my folks. I'm going to stay overnight. Have self-administered opioids to protect my mental health, got benzos on hand too just in case it all gets too much.

The heating is on in the bus. What the fuck? WHAT THE FUCK :|
 
Ahaha fuck sake, that's horrible. Heating on in this weather should be illegal. Cunts had it on in June in my old house, walking into the kitchen when people were cooking was like walking face first into a brick wall in a sauna. That room wasn't big enough for one person, never mind seven.

Forrest Gump isn't desolate, but it's bittersweet, which tbh puts the 'bitter' in a bit more context, thus making it upsetting.

Naked is what I'd consider a desolate film.
