The vendor, if they have any brains atall, is likely to have been doing business all this time with the full knowledge the feds will be watching everything they do. There's not much they can do about it!

THey'd probably appreciate the explanation,and it would help them to make some changes in their despatch methods. You might even get a freebie or two out of it Mugz, and at the same time prevent a few people losing their livelihood, or even their liberty.

Dread Calm, it may be RC's, but rc's are only "legal" when not for human consumption. Just writing "don't eat this" on a bag, is no longer considered enough.
 
I just realised that the one thing I no longer see when walking through parks or woods these days is young lads with bags of glue held up to their faces.
How times change. Now its all just grey squirrels and you don't even get the white dog crap either. Its a crying shame.

Iv'e just ordered some sample A5 leaflets and business cards for a little money making idea I've got, want to see the quality of the leaflets before I commit to buying 1000 and guying door to door with them, obviously the samples wont have my artwork on them, but still nice to get a sample first, samples are free too :D
 
Morning all :D Feelin alright today, got bonfire party tonight. Housemates told me they were going out to get some wood for it last night and came home with a fucking massive cupboard. Vaguely worried but what can ya do. I assume it'll get broken up instead of just set alight as is.

I hope.

Our next door neighbours have a bonfire every year on their rear drive.

They used to have it on the end of a little cul-de-sac, until they melted the tarmac and got bollocked by the Police.

nah, offline, online affiliate marketing attempt. I'm not afraid to share my potential schemes, will only cost me £40 to try it out with 1000 leaflets, if 10% of those leaflets are read then it could at least make the £40 back and hopefully more, depending on which sites and offers I put on the leaflets.
 
Promoting dating sites door to door or something? I've heard of people heading to busy events (one guy went to the Olympics) and printed off thousands of leaflets promoting different dating sites with his affiliate links on them and handed them out, he reported back how much he made, it was thousands upon thousands of pounds.

MM, so if a jiffy bag hasn't got a postmark, is that cause for paranoia? Just wondering. :)
 
I've got an unfranked RC jiffy bag here.


I thought it was OK as it's recorded delivery; the stamp is invalid anyway without the bar-coded recorded delivery label. So it's impossible to reuse, and franking is thus unnecessary.

But I see Mugz's jiffy (pretty sure it's from the same vendor) was not recorded delivery. I am now paranoid. I also got a box recently from Europe which had a fucking hole punched in it! Contents were intact but there has either been a very unsubtle check of the contents or an unlikely accident in the sorting office.

Might have to have my own bonfire tonight.
 
The whole of EADD is suddenly freaked out because of unfranked parcels. I reckon Mailmonkey is a secret agent, why else would he so brazenly admit to being a postie on here? He's sowed the seeds of paranoia. :sus:
 
If the authorities are collecting info on a vendors customers, hope they don't use it as grounds to kick doors in at 5am after the new changes in the law come into force. In light of the way meph got hoarded pre-ban and flooded the streets afterwards.
