it did indeed look like such had happened, He insisted that my oldest clean it there and then, this was unpleasant for all involved at such an early hour. The very next weekend my neighbours girlfriend left her car below my youngest son's room, just right next to old son;s window (you'd think they'd have learnt) and knocked again a tad earlier than is civil to ask why he'd pissed out of his window all over her windscreen.... yep you could tell, I think him and his 3 mates had all done it truth be told. It was sticky n' smelly n' yella...The scars I have

I'm about 5' 11" but even at 6 foot pissing in the kitchen sink is still going to be a bit tricky...surely. I can honestly say I've never tried.

Varnished wooden bathroom floors are my favourite. I think it's time we saw this bathroon
Not common due to the wood/water combination but with good varnish can work. At lease Jan didn;t paint himself into a corner.

Translucent silicone sealant where the skirts meet the boards.
