She referred me to this drug and alcohol place that has a resident psychiatrist that is walk in and just down the road from me too that I hadn't heard about so will go there tomorrow and try and get seen, they talk to the doctors surgeries too to help arrange tapering plans and such things with addicts like myself.

Yes, ideally I would love to be off benzos again but since I got back on them my tolerance has skyrocketed so I need a proper plan to get back off them. I don't want to be addicted to benzos.

yeah, never had a call. Seems a stupid job to be honest, I was told it would be cash in hand too so I could be off sick and do it too :\ Bit :sus:

Anyway, I'm waiting till the 23rd to see how much my work are going to actually pay me this month, if they fuck up and give me full pay again then I love annette!!!! she handles all the payroll stuff, she's got a crush on me too! hahaha. Half pay would do though. £600.

Looking at my online banking and can't figure out if I've actually got a fair bit of cash or I'm skint. The 'balance' and 'available balance' are HUGELY different and I've got various money going in and out including cheques that may or may not have cashed and paypal stuff coming off that they claim they've taken but I can't see on my statement so I've no idea what has or hasn't came off yet. I just remembered I owe HMRC £170 (allegedly, scamming cunts) and my bank are reducing my overdraft....sometime soon (can't remember when) that I need money for. So I'm either OK and can pay them no bother and have a fair bit of cash left or I'm fucked. Confusing. :|

Valium, coffee and vodka. Bizarre mix. Why do you add vodka to your coffee Dan?

I bet in half an hours time you'll be nicely chilled / drunk / buzzing and be surprised about it despite the fact you've taken drugs and are drinking. :D
