I just felt the last few weeks every time I tried entering into any convo in gibs I was just ignored. And that i didnt understand the convos. I tried dropping himts as I didn't want to cause an argument / drama but as we're all discussing it that's how i felt.

I'd quote you all but it'll just get to confusing. Yup, 12th of this month i'll be in Rehab. Terrified if I'm honest, I hope it kicks me in to shape, I'm ready for it and I'm going to throw myself at it. I'm doing it this time. <3

History Lesson.

It was actually in 2007, when I was a mod of EADD.

The place was in a shambolic turmoil at that time and very understaffed, and I felt pretty harassed by yourself and others, complaining about the overwhelming amount of off-topic discussion in drug threads. There was no apparent distinction between social stuff and drug-discussion stuff. I agreed with your sentiment and wanted to do something - anything - about it.

You used the phrase "Random MSN Style Gibberings" in one of your rants.

I then created the very first thread for this purpose, and called it by that name. Tradition led to the mods retaining that name, with a new number after every 1000 posts in Roman Numerals.

Be careful what you wish for, my dearest SHM. It looks like you (we) created a monster. :D

Haha, there's not much in that link. That's from when I was off the staff and in a belligerent and mischievous mood. ;)

It's a shame that SHM's original rant was pruned too.
