Ouch I hate not being to sleep, I'm cursed by it as well. Two of my flatmates go to work early and make it a point to be as loud as possible in the kitchen so I usually wake up at 5 am and can't get back to sleep, as my sleeping patterns are fucked(did etizolam pretty much daily all last year, quit in the summer before moving here). I get bad headaches when I don't sleep as well.
 
I get to sleep OK but it doesn't last these days, 4-5 hours at best.

I've hammered both booze and Benzos in the past which I'm sure have contributed to where I find myself now, but part of the reason for taking them in the first place was insomnia...can't win

Yes, that's why I'm up now, full of coffee, and just rolled me spliff for on the way to work.

Seriously I'm here refreshing the page hoping somebody posts something so I can reply. It's not my fault I have no job and it's pissing down and windy outside. How can you go stoned to work? I could never do that.

For HR's sake it's always best to start slow, but basically yeah, you wasted it. Better to have snorted (or crushed and eaten) 20mg, whch seems to be a good dose for most people with little-to-no tolerance nd then saved the rest for another time. Never mind - you live, you learn, eh?

I've managed it since was about 20, I'm 42 now, just practise I suppose.

If I smoke a spliff in the morning that's me done for the day, used to be able to wake and bake when I was in my teens/early twenties, not anymore. I'd probably be too paranoid to get out of bed, let alone the house.

i don't know mugz but i do worry about him. mugz what happened to your mandala visualisation board. funny coz it does work. im seeing my worker in a bit. last time i saw her she told me to imagine the future. so the past fortnight ive been smokoing the gear looking at the foil and thinking deep if i want a foil future.. the answer is no

i'm not defending louis walsh against all his terrible sins and crimes but i do feel that he is the scapegoat in the x factor circus. it's just like the wwe very staged. we all know that yet every year louis walsh is the weak willed fool. people forget that he was a very successful man way before x factor...all this from a real culchie, a man from kiltimagh.
