Well yes that is true! But if you eat 100 benzos you are not going to be doing much moving! ;)

I found I was quite mobile on ~30mg etizolam and a bottle of whisky ;) So mobile I could almost fly! I suppose that's not quite "100 benzos" but in my case I wasn't trying to shut down my vital signs directly.

Maybe there's something about etizolam that keeps the body going when the mind has given up?

I've read accounts of people redosing 3-4 days in a row and getting fucked by the half-life. Can't remember whether it was on here or somewhere else.

60hr half life with daily dosing resulting in some spectacular fuck ups if I recall correctly.


Does anyone know what the legal status of poppy pods in the UK? MoDA states poppy straw is Class A and according to wikipedia
The 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs defines poppy straw as "all parts (except the seeds) of the opium poppy, after mowing"

Does that mean a copper, if they were so inclined, charge you with posession of a Class A substance?

I think it does, but most coppers wouldn't know a poppy from a teazel. They're getting younger all the time! Best to keep it on the down low.

Not really, it'll just wash off. Vasline would be better... or better still, paint.

What kind of rust? All depends where it is. Ideally you want to cut out the corroded metal and weld a new bit in place, but I guess you won't want to do that. If it's a patch of rust on a bit of bodywork, hit it with a screwdriver to try and assess how deep the rust is. If it's still pretty sound, get an angle grinder and grind out all the rust until it's back to bare metal.

Now, to make it look perfect, you'll need to fill in the metal you ground out. Get some body filler and slap it in. when it's dry use a block and 240 grit wet and dry and make it flat. Finish with 600 grit, spray some filler primer over it and sand back again. Give it a light dusting of colour, then you'll be able to see the high and low spots when you sand. It might look fine to you, but once it's painted it'll show any imperfection and look awful!

Now, you've got a pefectly smooth patch, you've sprayed it with filler primer, you can't see the repair, it's time for paint. If you use rattle cans, leave them in a bucket of warm water for 20 mins before you spray, it'll come out much better. Build up in light coats, let dry for 20 mins inbetween. If you get any runs, sand down with 1200grit on the block once dry.

When you have a good coverage, leave to dry for 24 hours. It'll probably be quite orangepeely, little dimples in the paint and won't look shiny. This is when you get some 1500 grit - 2000 grit and your fresh paint down until it's perfectly smooth and matt like a blackboard. Leave to harden for a few hours then simply polish up with tcut or another cutting compound! Good as new eh!?


failing that, get some rust preventative paint and slap aload on. POR15 is best but expensive. Hammerite is cheap but doesn't last as long. good luck.

Was thinking more along the lines of if I'd had a spliff earlier in the day rather than them smelling the pods.

wahy it's thursday for me that means friday sort of...mugz sort your lateness out...you and iboth. we're making a pact not more late to work or skiving coz of drugs. as of tomorrow we're getting to work early.
