Am actually much better than I have been of late, m'dear. 'Orrible painful condition currently being beaten into submission via the medium of expressive modern dance... and large quantities of prescription drugs (not the fun kind). Oh, and quite a lot of booze too.

I look forward to our future three-ways. By which I mean cook-offs between three of us and one very well-fed Bawdy Man =D

I'd pay money to see the Shambles expressive modern dance =D Do you wear a rainbow coloured Lycra leotard? lol

Good to hear their beating the pain into submission, about bloody time! We've dinners to catch up on and loads a' group cuddles to do <3

Don't know who's more impatient me, or your other half ;)

Oh we're all impatient in our various ways, m'dear ;)

Pretty sure me 'n' other me's impatience of of a more urgent nature though :!

And I've actually never worn a leotard whether rainbow-coloured or otherwise. I was kicked out of the ballet and tap class I used to attend as a very, very small boy though. Dance teacher said it was her or me apparently. Oddly enough one of my primary school teachers said the same thing only it was her that went on that occasion. Nervous breakdown. She still crossed the road to avoid me the one time she saw me a decade or so later in my teens. We never danced - expressively or less so - that I recall.

It's nice to see you get with someone n wish you both all the very best n happiness.

Thanks, Evey <3

And I'll get around to replying to PMs soonish but currently have a rather large backlog (fnarr, etc) cos have been rather horribly unwell for a while and only just starting to feel better and have yet to tackle the mountain of unreplied PMs - even more so than usual 8)

I am aware of online text often being misinterpreted, given the lack of contextualisation allows ambiguity limited only by imagination.

However, my statement was not in jest; self-image is a particular issue of mine, thus I never truly know the 'appropriate' reaction to a perceived compliment. The self-preserving cynic in me reads/hears only the potential negative undertones in conversation.

Basically, the sudden influx of positive comments has the words 'taking the piss' floating around my mind.
Cool story, bro. ;)

Starting to wonder if I did right coming back here, things have changed so much n feeling a bit upset about things at mo :(
Just want things how they used to :(
Everythingthing's changed in 3 months :(

Evey - not that I am the boss of you, but I have appreciated your recent toning-down of posting all the time (uhhh... no offence) and hope it continues. You could probably do with more sleep, but that's up to you. ;)

Pretty soon we're going to have to issue EADD vomit bags, just for lovey-dovey posts like that.

Oh-ho! Says this guy:

Had my maths prelim today. Think I failed it. Was on DHC and benzos, so at least I felt good while failing it. Might be seeing a friend on Friday. Definitely seeing a friend on Saturday. Chem prelim tomorrow, but I think I've studied that all I can.

Exams on benzos isn't a great idea......

In fact any activity where remembering stuff is called for isn't a great idea

It was a pretty fucking awful idea. I knew I hadn't revised enough anyway, as I'd missed months of school and a lot of study time with depression, so I thought, what the fuck. Cue not being able to remember how to multiply two not-even-vulgar questions until almost the end of the time allowed. A lot of head scratching went on. Moral of the story is either "live fast, fail exams young" or "Kota is stupid and reckless".

^^^^awh you live n learn. I didn't say nowt about benzos n DHC as I don't know you n didn't know if you were taking them as prescribed medication or not. I actually found that opiates helped me with studying, when taking in small doses.

I hope that i don't sound patronising but were you given good advice on how to receive; and better remember stuff?

Evey
