Hey guys thanks for the kind words. It's a shame I actually enjoyed the work, it was a press office, had to write press releases for clients, the bad thing was the environment, never been in an office with so many utterly awful human beings. I might have something coming up the next few weeks though, hopefully.

As for the liver, I'm taking some turmeric extract, milk thistle twice a week.

I'm sad I almost completed my bromazepam taper, I think I'll have to ask the doctor to keep me on homeopathic doses for a while longer, I feel that if I quit completely I might be drawn to online bought benzos again. Right now I'm really doing such small amounts. The lorazepam at bedtime I'm going to continue

You've done amazingly well to get so far. It'd be a real shame to jeopardise it.

I'm going to have to stay away from that diaclaz stuff, it makes me feel odd in the morning. Something not right about it, though I take 2 of my 4 prescription mad lady drugs in the morning which gives me a sore tum so maybe its a mix of that...still I should know better :o

Excited today as I found my grandmas watch in a box pics we were looking at the other evening. Of course its broken but we know an amazing old fashioned watch repair shop in town and if he can't fix it no one can. It's a super cool Oris 1950's vintage beauty woo hoo. :)
