Night Nos Da, Maxy....

Me sober here now after the subbbies-sub and will be hitting pillow soon.... Just found some old poems I wrote on the computer; some I wrote on EADD a while ago that I lost.... so just sort them and editing them and will be off to bed myself, no doubt lurking from beddyview..... Awhhhhh well if the young 'uns are out enjoying themselves that's ace n all power to um.... Life's too short n you're only younger once... plenty of years for hanging out on Bluelight when they've lotsa lil' ones ;)

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh it's so good to be back..... I've missed this place and the people in it; all of them....

PS must remember short cuts don't exit on lappy it's people not ppl and going to not gna lol.... the joys of iPhone n short cut typing.....

wtffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff...... just looked at the time n 'tis 1:40 am n I'm sat downstairs, here on laptop. Holy smoking ain't done that in years..... I better unplug man and get in bed, have me phone on and Bluelight is ALWAYS on (apart from the phone's messed up cause I clicked summit and now it won't save cookies for long n no one knows how to help me with the damn thing waaaaaaa lol)

I'm snuggly in my jammies on the PC. I hate being on a close. Everyone is usually in bed by the time I get home :(

I miss all the fun bits in life. Nay phone calls, no chatting, no BL, Nay FB chatting, nay human interaction really. That's alright at this time when I should be ready for bed but when I'm wide awake trying to wind down for sleep it's no fun.
 
My leg is considerably less wonky than it was 3 months ago and what wonkyness is left will just have to do, they are not getting another shot at it.

It still aches like buggery and the nerve damage is 'orrible but I'm no longer on daily morphine, I got to the stage where it wasnt helping and increasing the dose further was pushing me into a place I didnt want to go, so I quit CT from 90mg + a day, not pleasant but bearable.

Had the final Xrays and reviews last week, arthritis has set in but they reckoned it could be as much as 10years before I need a knee replacement but that will likely be both sides as the other was in a shit state before all this.

I'm back on 2 feet no crutches or stick jst a bit of a whincing limp (or was that mincing)
 
EEEEEEP! That sounds right painful Allein! I thought I had it bad when I broke my foot and was back at work 4 weeks later. Limped like no ones business but that sounds like a lot of pain and a lot of work to be done on it. Best of luck my dear!!! Hope they're keeping the pain meds up for you!!!

3 years of pain meds was enough, it's largely sorted now...kinda but I expect I'll carry on milking it for all it's worth :D

WOW Allein you've been through it. I have to admire you. I never see you feeling sorry for yourself. Hope this doesn't come across as patronising but well done on coming off the morphine n bet its better to be on your feet again.

I had a fair frw friends on wheelchairs n when i tried sitting in one once I was scared ******.

I've a lot of respect for you. By the way Josh has just had a msjor operator most of his storys in the pain or rear end thread. I admire him too for what he's been through n how he's handled it.

Be assured I have a certified diploma in feeling sorry for myself, sometimes I feel sorry for myself for feeling so sorry for myself....and so it begins

and whilst I may have CTd morphine I'm still being a silly boy with other less savoury substances ...I am the definition of 'never learn' 8)

Milk it m'dear.

I would. Mine is really lame. I know it's only Ibuprophen and Amytriptaline for pain and I'm meant to take both daily. I don't as I don't need them but geeze oh do I have quite the collection!!! I give out most of my ibuprophen to co-workers who have a headache or what not and I have no clue why I keep my Ami script going. I don't like taking them as I'm a zombie the next day. I keep them in case I can't sleep but never take them for the zombie thing.

Wish I had more exciting scripts but nah....I've no need for them.
