does anyone have any trusty ways to remember to take their meds daily? I always try to remember to take them when I get my first cup of joe in the morning but I am forever forgetting! I take vitamins too so would a pill case be handy?

Can you put a daily alarm on your phone??? pill cases only work when in direct sight.

I have one of those little boxes with sections for each day, that way I know if I've had them or not and it seems to create a pattern that makes me remember as long as I take them at the same time everyday.

That or employ someone to poke you with a stick, Mrs A does this as part of the over all deal

I could probably get my mamma to remind me! Dad takes medication for his heart attack last year so she is used to it! And an alarm probably would help too!

I take my meds at night, so a cup of cocoa usually serves as a reminder.

Either that or a swig of booze.

Ugh I hate mam's day. More commercialised trife. After this bath im going to gi buy something. My mams painting me frontroom for me. I did the first coat n she said she was bored. She's a workaholic n has not long sold a business where she had to get uo 3 am daily n now only has a 20 hour job n is boted. So I'm letting her do it as that what a kind person i am. Hah

When I'm working again I'll get her a decent present. I remember once i bought her a £180 necklace when working for the NHS n my ex had a fit saying "you should buy something cheap!" As much as I think it's commercialised rubbish I don't see the issue in buying my mam an expensive. After all shes always been there for me.

She sat in the car all night when i was due to be induced n used to go into debt christmas time so we had presents. With everything she has done over the years what the ecks £180???? Mind you she'd have gone mad if she knew I paid that as she always says don't spend your money on me keep it.

With anything else i'd say set an alarm, very LOUD and set if on daily
