Yes, I had access. Someone I know who used to mod this section but doesn't post here anymore still had access for some reason.

Things have not changed a great deal really, people are slightly more answerable for their actions than they used to be but that doesn't make a lot of differnce if they're answering to a member of their circle jerk.
