Gibberings CLXXXIII - Christmas Trees are for presents,not masturbating under. IMO..

Thankfully week is drawing to a finish (for me anyhoo) - having a BBQ later with my partner. Nothing fancy, chicken skewers (Mexican, Indian and Japanese) made a baked aubergine salad to go with it all. I'll make a fresh salad and veg skewers with my hubby when he gets home later,made the mistake of buying a bottle of Tequila 8(.

Yeah, that's what I make - same as my spinach and potato curries are Aloo Palak :D

The thing is were not great lovers of Tahini so I omit that. I normally chuck a bulb of garlic in with the Aubergines (for the last 30 mins) and add that to the mix (along with fresh), lemon, parsley, finely chopped onions cumin and chili and sometimes top it off with Pomegranate seeds or pomegranate molasses/ mix it with fresh tomatoes.
 
pomegranate molasses is delicious, do you season it with sumak atall? I love cooking that kind of food, so good.

Dunno about homophobic slur. Just an opportunistic joke about aubergines, arses and cocks. Standard juvenile fare.

Its the full sweet sour thing - I cook a lot of Middle Eastern dishes (If you check my food posts you will see curries or Middle Eastern dishes). Whats strange is that 'Shaksuka' is hitting the food scene, its a tradition ME breakfast ! Mind you if that seems like cooking - the goto would be fried bread done in a local fish sauce (cant for the life of me remember or find it) - its like Worchester sauce on steroids !

*Edit* that fish sauce thing is Meyha'wa.

So far I've got:

Knack
The Last of Us Remastered
Far Cry 4
Little Big Planet 3
Singstar Ultimate Party
Drive Club

TLoU is the best I've played so far, finished the main story but not the DLC yet. Can't wait for Uncharted 4 now!
Knack was bundled with the console and is pretty shite.
Far Cry 4 looks pretty, has an awesome open world map, but I'm not really into it. Maybe it'll get better after a few more missions, I've not got to ride an elephant yet, although I have been killed by a wolf, a bear and a rhino.
LBP3 is ace, played all the PS3 ones to death, and am pleased that although it's developed by Sumo instead of Media Molecule like the others, they haven't fucked about with the format too much.
Singstar is still in its wrapper. I sometimes get free games at work, and this is one of them. I think it needs a mic to play it anyhow.
Drive Club Only arrived yesterday (was holding out because work were supposed to be giving them away too but I'm bored of waiting), looks tasty with the weather patch now, was hoping it was a bit less arcadey and more of a sim game like Turismo. Might have to wait for Project Cars next year for the killer driving game on the PS4.

I actually reckon I can type faster and more accurately on my phone than a pc now, I find it frustrating having to be accurate and not have any corrections done automatically. It notifies you of milestone statistics too, it told me the other day it had made over 500,000 keypress overrides for me!
 
Finally graduated from my uni course officially yesterday :D Nice to have something to show for four years of (occasional) work and the reception afterwards had free wine so I had a lot of fun and definitely didn't take the piss. Grim hangover this morning though... Had a bit of eph to perk me up and get some tasks done so buzzing nicely for now :) What have people been up to?
