What geological age are you speaking of that there wasn't an ABI for C on every common OS?

And seriously, since reading this article on the way printf() is implemented, I'm starting to understand that following syscalls is a rabbit hole that goes fairly deep.

printf() lovely format strings letting me rewrite your EIP.

syscalls are fun. Kids these days learn python and java and are completely isolated from all that goodness.

Not much done here aside from two lots of laundry, almost a foil's worth of gear, a one-skin spliff, a bowl of soup and a growing impression that I'm not going to stray too far from my front door today.

I have two hours to get halloween stuff done, makeup on, weigh some drugz and leave the house for getting a coach to go raving. Eep.

I've since enhanced the freshness with a cheeky quarter-line of gear, but it feels good to have caught up on sleep (and not be dead, of course, if swampy's reading).

Well I was wondering! Good to know.

Currently drinking henry westons cider, this stuff hits me pretty hard.. am liking this. minimal sleep for 2 days, on summers lappy at the mo shes just gone to bed for a bit. felt tired earlier, tbh shoulda tried sleeping for a bit. nevermind sod it, plenty of time for sleeping

I have had a knackering week of hard graft so i am doing fuck all tonight except eating thai curry, drinking green tea and eating great big doses of methoxphendidine and getting stoned.

I didn't really rate Methoxphenidine... just kind felt warm for a while with a very slight mood lift, although I did get a introspective phase on it which was nice. Perhaps the doses I was taking weren't large enough. I can't for the life of me remember what they were.

Why not... hell, I had a Christmas cake slice the other day... guess that means it's Christmas for the next 2 months...

I need a good leaf ruffle rumble session, there's loads piling up on the street from the sycamores and chestnuts. Those trees are imposing, they're going to have to come down some time soon in the next year or 2 and I'd hate to be the lady to slap a death warrant on them.

Having trees is worse than having kids. Such a responsibility...
