20 mins trying to get to sleep, bastarding residual stimulation. Tunes and an etiz down, should do the trick
 
Speed, any time within 12+ hours of my last dose and sleep seems impossible with this. can feel my eyes try and roll upwards and ease into sleep but rarely happens without benzos even if it feels like its pretty much completely worn off. unless the duration on the phet is crap, theres a few batches i've been able to sleep after. benzo tolerance is still low thankfully. nah didnt use etiz after the meph, just a vallie. probably coulda slept after it without the vallie tbh

I have only got couple of RC benzo but there half-life wayyy too long, not touching those. i need one good night's sleep from doing kratom again a day before.(withdrawl) no sleep side effect.

plus mxe keeps me going sometimes.


heard that cold shower is really good for kratom/or opiate withdrawl RLS,/ body achs. or in general with benefits. the mxe releived all of it but it is wearing off.

hmm cold shower okay after mxe? i am thinking low blood preasure or somthing from it.

Hey, the more raas's the better!

I realise a lot of people want to be me; it's not surprising on a forum that largely consists of people sticking RC's up their bottom each night. But I'm honoured someones actually paid money in an attempt to live life like me. If any of the eadd ladies now mistakenly send you kinky pm's, or you receive any interesting drug solicitation, make sure to fwd them over also.

With all the issues of alts, stalking etc I'm pretty impressed Alasdair has allowed this all to pass.

I'm starting to think he has a wacky, radical sense of humour that I never quite saw before...

...or maybe he doesn't like me much for all the forum disturbances and complaints at staff.
