Hmmm my friend is texting me saying his girlfriend has taken too much gbl and he can't wake her up and he wants to go out partying. Any tips I can relay? He says she's okay..
I'm confused why does the thread start at post 7?
*Nods* Some days, I can't believe I ever used to play for, or even shout for that team .....Men suck.
Good luck! Fresh air and exercise will help. TIP: get yourself a sleeping bag liner (from any good camping shop). It'll save your bedsheets from the worst of the inevitable night sweats. Thanks Swampz.... Going from 8 mg to 4 was a complete breeze so I'm sure it'll be no probs going down to 2 mg...

Don't leave anybody alone in that state. Recovery position. She'll come round within an hour unless it's a major OD. Any signs of breathing problems and it's a 999 job but - in my (not inconsiderable experience of such matters) - 99% (well, 100% so far) of the time it's just nodding on a bit too much. You kinda have to swig the stuff straight from the bottle before getting into serious danger zones. Obviously if other drugs are involved that's possibly a different matter.
Definitely not okay to leave anybody alone in that state whatever the case. She will be totally unresponsive, possibly thrashing around a bit, possibly making all kindsa weird noises or talking to herself - those are 'normal' for minor GBL ODs. He should keep an eye on her and make sure her airways are clear (recover position to avoid any nasty vomit choking should it occur - never known it to but sure it must happen). If in any doubt call an ambulance but minor GBL ODs tend to look a lot worse than they really are and the person comes round perfectly fine within an hour at most. Usually quite confused initially but otherwise unharmed.
No chance of waking anybody up until the level in their system eases up a bit. She's out for the count until then. Never known it take longer than an hour and often a lot less - depends how much over her usual dose she went.
You can give her a tip from me: Get a new boyfriend .....Hmmm my friend is texting me saying his girlfriend has taken too much gbl and he can't wake her up and he wants to go out partying. Any tips I can relay? He says she's okay..
GBL twitching looks disturbing, not entertaining at all. I'm sure I've done a lot of disturbing GBL twitching myself mind.
Worst of my GBL embarrassments was, when staying at home, going into my parents' room and taking a piss on the carpet, till my Mum demanded "What are you doing?!" and I snapped out of it. Not cool.
