But of course, I'm the bad cunt for reacting to that. I'm supposed to just leave her to act the cunt because she's a sandwich short of a picnic. I've been doing that for a while, I can only do it for so long.

I'm assuming the numerals are ok? Genuine question there, I've never been good at them.

PTCH I was having a go at Summer over it, not you because she continuously went on about it. At first i just talked to her about English but then she continued so I had my say as mods do an amazing job here n moaning over a title is silly.

As for what you've said to me, you've a right to your opinion n if I don't like it then basically it's tough.

No need to go at raas like that - he's only trying to be a friend. I really don't think he warranted a response.

If people are going to complain over something so petulant as a title I'm seriously glad I'm not applying for mod here. The mods on this site are volunteers and do all this out of their spare time. If you really had an issue why not pm the mods instead of making a complete drama out of it? Of course people are not going to sit back n say nothing when people are being criticised unfairly.

I'm just in a crap mood today tbh, although I did actually misspell the new title so glad no one caught that or at least no one mentioned it cos that was genuinely embarrassing.

But for the record, there's no set way of capitalising titles. Generally prepositions, coordinating conjunctions etc aren't capitalised, but I fucked up by not capitalising 'title', because I was on a horrible comedown.


edit: I'm not trying to be a dick, sorry if that last bit came across that way, @ Summer. English student too, possibly not quite as far along as yourself.

And I wouldn't actually mind if this turned into the English Grammar Chat Thread because it'd be better than the fighting. Anyway brb I'm just going through PTCH's application

Lol hahaha I think I was being a bit harsh with Summer if she's doing an English degree things like that are going to pop out. I know when I did the language element for my psych degree certain things would pop out at me more. Was actually very interesting tbh but apart from that please don't worry there's more important stuff than if there's a capital in place or not you're doing an ace job xxxx

Lol @ "so there" hahahaha i was reading an Enid Blyton book once where the kids kept saying "so there" so i came here n kept saying it found it hilarious for some reason.

I wouldn't worry yaself, it's the people who moan about it that are the sad one's do people like that even have a life apart from sitting around on the Internet playing online games and pointing out people's grammar on forums to feel inferior.
 
Combination of face-blindness, lecherousness, deteriorating eyesight and other factors led me to smile at short, pretty 'laten teens / early twenties' 'woman' in the shortish skirt / black blazer combo. Not a seedy smile, just a 'lovely morning', friendly kind of smile.

By the time she's returned the look, I've noticed the crest on the side of her blazer, which hadn't been visible until then. 8(

Luckily, she seemed either flattered, used to it, or a combination of both. So no South Manchester Reporter stories on me this week.

I am a mad nutter who would go round reading Enid Blyton if I had the books still :D As for the grammar stuff, it does bug me and so did that title but I couldn't figure out why and then I went off to do something else.

I was just about to go play WoW haha, oh man. I can understand tho, it is irritating if it's something you know about. Like I said, logged on when I'd just woken up and was in a foul mood so apologies to all. I must admit I don't point out grammar mistakes but it will bug me endlessly inside ;)
