Gibberings CLXXII - I Have Zero Imagination

Ouch :( Appreciate the thought though :D I need to be rich and famous so I can just get this shit sent to me via (the now decomissioned?) Concorde.

Am running out of beer but I'm buggered if I'm off out in this weather and I'd rather save me money for a bag of weed on Thurs than wake up with a banging hangover tomorrow.
 
You may be in luck - there's a Concorde in a French museum which people are working to restore for air shows, so your dream could yet come true! ;)

Weed is better than hangovers, dead right. Though I'm on four months of alcohol abstinence, so I barely know what a hangover feels like now.
 
I happen to have just found a cd that someone has scrawled 'hangover music' on, I have no idea who it belongs to or hence it came from but christ I don't recognise a signal track and if this is their idea of hangover music I dread to think..hmm odd.

Actually all this talk of margaritas and booze is and this odd CD is making me want a drink.....and there is a huge storm kicking off.

I have had hardly any booze for weeks..had 3 gins Saturday and felt paraletic!

Hope you are all well....going to have a small JD and ginger ale and get back to b lacking my grate..rock and rollll..living the dream.

If you've got a smart phone, you could always use Shazam to identify the songs for you...

I suspect it may be something to do with ithe tuther halve's hippy mates. I have now finally got round to listening to the one of six cd mixes one of my syblings burnt me for crimbo. I now regret thinking "you tight wanker" as I got him a bottle of Grey goose (giving to receive:p) as it's pretty damn good..again hardly recognise anyone but he is 8 years younger than me..shazammmmm here I come.

Too much dancing and not enough hoovering going on this end and stim free eeeek...roll on the weekend <3

Wait... so let's get this right... when you are on stims you hoover & when you are sober you dance. You are doing it all wrong!
 
Hurtling fast towards middle age is a terrible thing and quite confusing...I do tend to clean alot on stims. I tend to talk A LOT on pills and I go quite quite insular on cocaine...I tend to dance when alone and no one can see me =D

You're right to mention it, and thanks for the concern. though I'd expect no less from you, SJ. :)

It wasn't till I'd posted it that I thought about how it might come across, and it does read like somebody sliding into a habit. I also know that you know that any outright denial on my part would probably make it sound even more so!

It really isn't though. I have 'been there' in the sense that I've slipped up three or four times in fourteen years of chipping and suffered the consequences, but I'm pretty good at drawing the line where necessary, as you'd expect somebody who's chipped for so long to be.

The times when heroin has overtaken me have pretty much all been times when my life has already spun out of control. It nearly happened just over nine months ago, right before I went on lithium. Since then, I've been a good boy and quit nearly everything, so I thought I'd treat myself, that's all.

I'll have to keep off it during the week anyhow, as I want this weekend's smoke to be special. I'd never have thought of heroin in those terms prior to the medication.

So yeah: manic depressive + heroin = don't worry. :D
 
I suppose someone else ought to have seen it... but I couldn't help but notice that raas's avatar is actually a gif...

After 18 seconds the trucks headlights flash, then after another 18 its window wipers go & finally after another 18 seconds a pictures of boobs with "boobs" written in red across them appear.

I have too much free time on my hands.
