The hard work starts here unfortunately, I just hope to god I can stay clean this time (at like the 15th time of trying).
I still have a benzo habit to kick but I'm just so glad to be clear of the opiates. Going to have a shower, do my hair and make myself look nice then go in to town and have a coffee and sit and enjoy drinking it with no opiates or opiate wd meds in my body.
Think I'm going to listen to some music and have a cry first.

Feeling rough today but happy enough. Bad one yesterday, I think the EPH is turning on me, few panic attacks, walk and some beer sorted it but yeah need to calm down a bit. Not slept properly in quite a while.

I'm feeling mega rough as well. Hangover from Saturday has kicked in fully. Along with the shame of things done while creating that hangover haha. Thank fuck I took today off work.

Hangover shame when you've not even done anything is bad enough so bad times man.
I'm a bit hungover so got some beers in cos fuck it it's the holidays and also I drink too much. Those little Red Stripe bottles, 300ml it tells me and then some Polish stuff for later. Bit pissed off cos I can't find my fecking mouse and I was going to spend all day being a sad bastard playing WoW.
