FG - Your a great looking guy (said this before). If I may can I suggest a few things

Dont shop online
Dont buy in bulk
Plan your meals and understand you need to buy x ingredients daily
Speak to a random person every day - hi, wow this weather, you look great.

Understand, that your fabulous !

cheers bear i am doing my best to do those things anyway its just the going out in public part that i can't handle at the minute need to get that sorted out

cant see my drug counselor this week she is ill doctors on friday but i may change that to today or tomorrow as ive bust up my arm a bit think ive fractured it on friday night when i fell while blacked out its only just started to play up as ive only just started to sober up from my o.d. attempt

I bet he was given one hell of a beating and at least sent to prison for that, but yeah amazing guts to do what he did especially in a country like China not known for being having one of the best human rights records. His country should be proud of him, producing someone with that level of courage. On not quite the same scale the American hippies protesting against the Vietnam war put flowers in the soldiers guns, when the soldiers were ordered to confront and contain the protestors. Wtf were the soldiers gonna do, shoot down or put bayonets through young american protestors ? I dont think so.

I left for three days but raas kept asking me to look at Gibberings and so curiosity brought me back here. So you all have raas to thank for my ace company :D

Awwwwh don't tease me, Sammy, I'm trying not to take stuff personally. And the staff know I'm trying really hard with it. I know I've gone backwards last few weeks. I'm battling my faults n working on them. Sometimes when you all say negative stuff I see post after post n it feels like a string of darts are hitting me so I go into defense mode n will stubbornly argue I'm right - even though I'm wrong.

Much better to PM me if you want to say certain things n you'll receive a different reaction. Like I said I'm working on it n I apologise that I've come with drama lately n am working through it to not be this way.

Apparently he was dragged off... nobody knows whats happened to him since. 100s/1000s student protesters got shot down... china try and cover it up or some shit... worth a read
