I'm only blind In eye , paralysed down my left side, and had a few bouts of dysentery.
But the grog WAS chilled .
 
Anyone heard of GG Allin before? ive just seen something very very messed up
 
Not necessarily "into him" so much as intrigued by him. Yes there was an unusually large amount of getting nekkid and flinging his own shit at folk but he had hidden depths. Perhaps a little too well hidden for most to have any interest in finding and perhaps of dubious merit even if they did, but hidden depths nonetheless. And some of his songs are actually very good. Can't say I'm a huge fan or owt but he was certainly a character.

Nah not yet, read that he had a proper messed up childhood though, gonna check out the documentary... surprised nobody killed the cunt

There's some footage of him happy as can be playing around they pool with his mum in the picture too. Dunno if he was an idiot, but he was definitely a character.

GG Allin - Hated

Really doesn't even matter much if you can't stand his music - it's just a good documentary about a fascinating character. I doubt it needs mentioning it's a bit NSFW.
 
Fuck it... I just got a Sunday day ticket for Sonisphere. Not exactly sure where I'll stay or how I'm getting there buuuutt.... :D
 
Wooooo.. Sunday's the good day with Alice in Chains, innit? Rather looking forward to Soni, tis quite a good line-up this year and the first metal fest I'll have been to for a few years.
