Saw the first fella of the year wearing shorts yesterday. Was a nice day but that wind was Baltic so he's a braver - or more optimistic - man than I. Larvely and sunny out but still very cold indoors. Will be pottering for warmth in a while.
 
This mxe afterglow today, wow feeling fuckin fine. Going to be a great day today, it just have to!

And only just seen yer first pair of shorts? I've been rocking them since mid March cos I'm from Yorkshire and it's mandatory.
 
We all know northern lasses wear nowt as often as possible so that doesn't really count, Snollz ;)

In more sane areas of the country it's usually a bit later in the year before legs come out. Especially manlegs.

Mmm... MXE afterglow is rather nice isn't it. Have had a bit or a hankering for MXE of late. Not had any in ages - nor any ketamine for that matter - so may indulge a bit. There's even the slimmest of chances my tolerance may have come down a bit by now 8)
 
Haha true, I try to keep it tasteful though ;) The further up north you go the scarier it gets
 
I've not had my shorts out yet but I've seen some folks with them on...

I think 16 degrees is the magic number.

This is my first official post from outside I think! Just sitting on a bench & soaking up some rays. :)
 
15 degrees here apparently. Mind it could be 30 and it'd still feel freezing cos wind just loves this city.

Posting outside is a goooood feelin. I wanted to drag my beanbag and laptop outside and just doss but looks like it might rain. Oh well.

Ironically it felt warmer when I was out at 10:30.

Was sitting in a park where it was sheltered by the wind. Little sun trap... was in my t-shirt despite it only being 11 degrees. Felt chilly the second I got up though.

Wind has picked up now too. Will amble off to the shops shortly before going back inside.
 
Aye same here, was nice and warm when I left the house about 10, but now it's...ambiguous. Fortunately my back yard is a sun trap so looking forward to proper heat and the massive paddling pool I intend to buy because why not?

It is lovely, normally I would have been in bad mood when wake up, or feel like shite but today I felt good, its amazing.

Get sum Shambles! Sum Ket I would luv, I have not have that in 4-5 years 8o

Beautiful day today, been for a nice lil drive and sunbathing... and some funky four-4fa arrived earlier, lovely... might save it... or might have a dabble after stir fry in a bit
 
Sounds lovely actually. Make the most of it.

You're not missing much here apart from intermittent sunshine alternating with horrible gloom. Not even good gloom.

I don't think there'd be a problem with it, assuming the money goes straight to the charity, not that you're dodgy but you know. Will ask.

Edit: They do use just Justgiving, same we used for Knock's thread so don't see why not personally. Charity is charity. Go for it and if I'm wrong I'll take the flak. Obviously. But IMO anything we can do like that is cool.
