I agree with Kenny. Surely music belongs in the music thread? Nowt more annoying than pages and pages of YouTube embeds/links (IMO).
 
Got prescribed 5 2mg diaz (what the fuck was that even supposed to do), clerical error at the pharmarcy, ended up with 50 2mg diaz. Fuck yes.
 
Holy shit. 50 instead of 5... how the fuck did they manage that? They are meant to be packed by a dispenser & checked by the Pharmacist before they are given out... the Script presumably said 5?

I think it depends... if it's in direct relation to a Gibbering, then it's ok but it should really be reserved for the music thread.

They actually had a notice up saying to check your change before leaving. =D

I'm still trying to picture what posh Devonian must actually sound like. 'Zider' rather than 'zoider' maybe? It's an odd combo to imagine but sure it's quite charming in reality.

Why do those kinda mistakes never happen for me? Have been tempted to alter the occasional handwritten script I've had but I know my luck too well and never quite worth the risk. Pharmacy fuck up is another matter entirely - enjoy =D

Goodie good. If you happen to discover what a posh Devonian accent actually sounds like I'd be most intrigued to hear. Or indeed a posh Cornwallian or Dorsettian for that matter.

Pagey, you should try and use your Diaz as sparingly as possible- for when you really need them (sorry I know you didn't ask for advice. but just sometimes just knowing you have something to fall back on for emergencies can be good. It can be reassuring enough for some to know there's summit to take away the anxiety and pain but not actually have to take it).

Aah I know mate, appreciate the thought - only reason I got them is cuz my fiancé was in pretty critical condition at the hospital so it was genuinely needed so I've not been trying to save them cuz I do need them now. Thanks though :)

I've heard posh Dorsettian & Devonian accents as it happens but not Cornwallian... actually I make a mistake.. only Devonian.

I'm not sure the Devonian accent truly counted though as the guy had gone to boarding school somewhere else.

Main reason it's not overly wise is that it doesn't really work very well two days running. Other reason being you'll have several days of brain zaps to look forward to whether you get much of a hit off it or not. I have tried several times to make it work out taking APB-type drugs in quick succession but it's never really been worth the days of horridness that follow. Not especially unsafe, but can be especially unpleasant. Don't try chasing it too far if it's not happening cos the aftermath is no fun at all :|

If I had a mic I'd record my softly-softly speakings but none of you would be able to hear it anyway.

Yeah not keen on triggering any brain zappery. bollocks. Yesterday was about 70mg, today has been about 60 + 20mg a lil while ago.

Seems to be working pretty well on the second day, wont be making a habit of 2 days in a row with this stuff though, didnt even do that when i was raving every weekend on it through 2012
 
Tom Paulin is definitely posh. Took me a while to realise he was Irish - he sounds kinda Scottish to me. Was just about to add that you don't hear many posh Welsh accents (and you don't really) but then remembered Antony Hopkins. Although I suppose that's more just a Shakespearean accent that all "those" type of trained actors have. I'm not actually sure I'd be able to tell many regional posh accents - I very much associate poshness with plummy public school accents where all trace of regionality has been ironed, beaten or buggered out.

^ I've not heard the fella myself but have it on good authority he's a bit posh. Of course there are degrees of poshness and frankly everybody whose background extends beyond living inna skip is kinda posh by my standards ;)

There certainly used to be but that was very much circumstantial. My circumstance has changed many times and I've grown up enough to be better able to see perspectives other than my own... sometimes. I am a feisty lil fukker when roused though it's true. Feisty but not exactly irritable and simply wanting to let rip. I get that too sometimes but the feistiness is actual character and the rest mostly just booze.

Stim comedowns make me want to sleep. And sometimes weep. But mostly sleep.

Certainly true in my case with the addition of my Parent's accents having an effect too.

I might be Scottish but my Parent's are both English, my Dad from Guilford... enough said & my Mum, although from Hull not really sounding like it. I then went to Private school, so needless to say my accent is far from your typical Aberdonian accent.

In fact... many people at University & on nights out asked me where I was from, thinking I was more likely from Edinburgh.

It would be much more fun if I could say I was an Edinburger. :D
