Gibberings CLXV - Reported for being racist against drugged up clowns

I don't see the point tbh. We've spoke about this subject on here before, it's never went more than a few comments in this thread. Half the drugged up clowns on here probably don't even know what we're talking about.

Fair point that.

Reported for being racist against drugged up clowns, tho

edit: god they're creepy

Especially if written in Gaelic. You have a point can't see it of being much interest to the majority here.

I'm planning a referendum party - at the moment I'm not sure if I should hold this for the voting day or the weekend after's results. Could be a very different part depending.

Snolly, I'm not using ufse :D Don't force me.

Can you genuinely see Scotland being able to afford independence? I can't see Westminster giving you an easy ride when carving stuff up if the majority vote yes.

Fuck knows. I'm no economist. The Financial Times thinks we can.

Possibly not. I'd rather take the punt though than continue to be part of a United Kingdom that I am ashamed of at times.

If Alex Salmond ends up being someone to be ashamed of we can bounce him right out the door at the next election.

If?

Was he ever someone not to be ashamed of? ;)

Independence is just a ridiculous concept. I'm not sure anyone is really expecting the yes vote to go through... I believe they are hoping that by creating as much hype as possible, they will be given much greater devolved powers.

I personally view myself as British... don't get me wrong, I'm proud to be Scottish but we are all part of the United Kingdom & I think it would be very sad to bring an end to that regardless of the numerous problems with independence.

Maybe, maybe not but financial landscape and economy is never going to never stay the same. I'm quite prepared and expecting to pay more tax in an independent Scotland.

There's a lot who'll vote on the cultural and environmental agenda. It's not all about money and how Westminster could penalise us for the cheek.

Alex Salmond is an actual ok bloke - met him many a time.. He didnae go to public school. Like said, he can be voted out.
