FG - That is pretty shit. I've taken 20 odd (can't remember as someone else was feeding them to me by the end) over the period of maybe 8 hours and I was surprised I had any recollection of the night. I'm in a foul mood today too n dunno why. Day three of this healthy living probably. I remember I was, in 2004 but was worth it when I almost lost five stone in weight. So I guess will grin n bare it. Out in the garden today digging n mooring the lawn.

Evey, just don't take stuff personal and eat fruit in the morning if you wanna lose weight - fruit = energy = sugar, you gotta burn it :) no hate, but skip the nutella, maybe have a greek yogurt with fruits, some cereal or something, just keep it healthy, check ingredients on food you buy, that's basics, but the most important is that you keep on eating, don't starve. Also it's gonna make you feel better, you'll feel happier when you start eating better. Don't worry! I lose and gain weight all the time =D We're all bad sometimes ;) Drink water, water, water.

Hello EADD! I simply want you all to know that I've had a wonderful day, full of lovely chats with random strangers and, crucially, the turning in of a massive piece of coursework which has been stressing me for months.
