Try to see how it reads from someone else's perspective.

You really do take things much too seriously on here, and think people are out to get you when they are just making an off hand remark, like SHM's.

This is not real life.
It's not even Eastenders.
It's just a bunch of druggies talking shit on the internet.

You shouldn't get so caught up in what's written on here - if someone says something that winds you up, just turn off the p.c. and go and do something less boring instead (to paraphrase the old tv show Why Don't You :) )

There's a pattern in your behaviour on here of you blowing your top, and then coming back in a calmer frame of mind with perspective on what happened.

For your own sake, and for the sake of those of us who are bored of that pattern, please try to take a breath and think before you post.. clearly, you're a lovely person when you're not all wound up like a clock.

Once again, I mean no offence in anything I say to you on here, and only bother saying it because I think you're worth the effort.

Do some Mindfulness and learn to let things go, without having to be on a hair-trigger all the time - it couldn't be good for you.

I hope NE's doing well anyhow. She was making positive noises and seemingly getting away from the mountains of drugs she was guzzling. Do miss her random posts though. :)

Trust me compared to how I acted in the past when wound up, I'm an angel...
I used to say some extremely evil and unforgivable things in the past when I was in a temper. I'm ashamed that I used to be that person but I am trying. I went off to read my child a book. In the past I'd have kept on for hours and hours
