Some nice ideas there. Reminds me of an old C4 TV show I liked as a kid. Was about making furniture from scrap and stuff found on the street. Was a name for that type of design I can't recall but was always quite into is as an idea. Laziness prevented much ever yet happening in terms of execution unfortunately. I did have a nice leather "Chesterfield" type sofa found on the street but that hardly counts. If I'd turned it into a plant pot it would though. But it was a nice sofa so I didn't (and they cost a bleedin' fortune - fuck know why it was chucked out other than it had a single drip of gloss paint on the back).

Always find such things are kinda bittersweet. It feels good to live on a planet with such incredible natural wonders and beauty, not so good to know I'll never see them. Pix are great though - some corkers in there.

EDIT: Not from the same page but having said what I just did I am pleased that I live in a place which has a number of views really remarkably similar to...

There's a place near hear which is the dead spit of that. Can't recall what it's called but is quite famous.

EDIT2: And this - the bridge is even rather similar. Did America nick chunks of Wales or just photocopy them?

It amused me more the first time you posted it but still raises a minor snigger. It's funny cos it has the word 'cunt' in it. Did Shakespeare ever use the word? Not sure but wouldn't surprise me. Was pretty much the standard term at the time I think.

Pretty pix of US places reminded me of one of my fave photographers (Ansel Adams - linky being to an archive of some of his photos). They look amazing in colour but majestic in B&W...

I think I might have been there.. tis a mighty fine waterfall if it's the one I'm thinking of.

Got a feeling it's called Devil's something or other. Not that that narrows it down. In Snowdonia anyway (or general environs thereof). Plenty stunning scenery around there. I can just about see Snowdonia on the odd occasion I go a-wandering up them thar hills. Requires a car to actually get there unfortunately. Well, does for me - my lil brother used to walk it and then climb Snowdonia. Such behaviour both baffles and impresses me. It's a long walk. But worth the effort I don't doubt.

Tattoo tomorrow. I've booked three hours. I've bought six EMLA creams. I went round all the pharmacies. It was kind of buzzing in a way n it reminded me of the way I used to go round all the pharmacies n go online for codeine. I missed it for the first time today, collecting all that codeine, stockpiling. Waiting for the post like it was Christmas when it came, OBSESSING over the post, searching through all the online pharmacies....
I miss those days, in a way. Alcohol is ok in a way but it doesn't compare to opiates does it.... The warm, fuzzy feeling like all is well with the world, nothing is stressful, pull the curtains n chill out all cosy n stuff!
Yea I miss codeine.... a lot!

Does it sound wrong that I miss going round the pharmacies n the way of how I went about accessing the stuff?
