I'll forgive you just this once. I'm sure Snollydollydingdong will approve of your presumably extensive and expansive fourfa'd ramblings almost as much as I would. I might have to insist you double your efforts next time you PM me just to make up for it though :!

^ i've brewed beer at home and cheese-making is not much harder. sterility is an issue of course. like a lot of people, we started making easy soft cheeses like mozzarella and ricotta and graduated to more of a challenge...

Well I used to make homebrew beer and wine regularly with much success so perhaps I can pencil in cheesemaking for some future date. I really do fancy having a crack at it now you've mentioned it. Never would've crossed my mind to think to try making it at home.
 
This It twas a reply to a very lovely long PM that the Snolistar herself had sent. In fairness I did give a serious disclaimer regarding lack of commas and therefore much sense and my grammatical and marvelously made up spellingz. She is after all doing English?

Having been taught phonetically by an abusive foreign nun! (with a slappy hand wooden ruler and a plimsoll..rubber welts on back of calves makerowwww-) how to read and write from scratch aged 8..yes 8 in 6 weeks I do OK..but I do worry. I have met some incredibly dull and stupid people that write oh so correctly and eloquently..tis sort of often misleading.

Shammalalamaoooh if you are really feeling the need for a pm I can oblige...we haven't updated News in mash much recently. No seriously I ill let you have a night off <3

Well impressed with the cheese making. A cheese thread is a great idea.
Whoever was talking about the chilli cheese you get in asda, look at the ingredients the amount and variety of chillies I don't know if you could call it a cheese.
My current cheesy favourite is equal parts potato and sweet potatoes mashed with a good bit of butter, some chives and a big hand full of gruyere added just before you serve it so it's a bit stringy. Yum. Goes with loads of dishes.
 
All Ethyl does for me is make my heart pound and I go hot and sweat and that is all. Tried several different vendors etc of reputation..so.I wish I got something positive from it..would rather just drink decent strong 'real; coffee than that....sigh
 
The twofa is better for getting stuff done..I can get pretty distracted though on it but I think that;s probably my personality..oooh look at that rug needs straightening,,oops see what I mean...

Fourfa new batch and higher dose has made pupils go large as satellites..wow. I personally would rather have an ounce of Bogata's finest....8(
 
Same here. Only save that for special occasions these days, luckily I've got my brothers stag do in the next 6 weeks. ;)

The little line of ethyl I had earlier has had quite an effect, I'm posting like a mad man and it's stopped me from nodding. Not stopped the bloody itch though!

Agreed.
Just got some 4 of a new batch yesterday, finest white powder I've come across yet.

That looks nice. Lots of patience required not to eat it prematurely.

Goats cheese and crackers for breakfast after all this cheese talk. Yum.
