Ugh I'm constipated to hell. Without going into too much detail, after 2 bottles of wine last night i had to stick my fingers n get it out.
Then this morning some blood was on the toilet roll after wiping.
I know that sounds disgusting but I've had enough. It's like I wont do a number 2 for days then so much comes out it blocks the toilet n now what was that blood all about???

Feeling bloated right n my hips are hurting.

If this has happened to anyone, could I have some advice as am just fed up with it.

milk of magnesia helps evey. All Bran doesnt and makes the discomfort far worse IME. M of M can take a few days doses for a severe case to work through, it can take 2 to 3 days to start shifting it, it'll probably be that bupe slowing down your digestive system. It's quite a common problem with daily use of opis though i dint have too much of a problem with that on bupe compared to other opis, i wasnt taking large doses for too long. 'Manual excacavation' methods really are the pits, i only had to do that once thank god, thought i was gonno do an elvis and die on the bog. Elvis did eventually leave the building, and it will do. It becomes like concrete asteroids or something in there sometimes, m of m really is the only effective remedy i found, the other things arent really effective. Failing that, you'll need to see a doctor if it doesnt ease up over the next few days.
 
How can you say that about All Bran MDB? It's what bran was designed by Raas's God for. It's a pre-requisite for an addict who can get a bowl of cereal together in the morning at the very least.

I'm not an addict. Its started getting like this when I started using herbalife which is basically 2 shakes consisting of 2.5litres of milk n one meal. Th ough I only have one of the shakes now in the morning.

I've got dolcolax n I've taken 2 of them.

Just fed up. I thought after taking codeine I'd never have to mannually take the stuff out anymore n this hasn't happened when I started taking bupe - just last few months.

I notice that when I have wine, the stuff comes out next day like an avalanche though it's almost like giving birth.

Yeah, this.

Also, badgers clean out their sleeping chambers and drag old hay, grass, bracken and plastic bags outside by carrying it under their chin to prevent a build up of fleas and lice in the sleeping areas.

Morning Ben, everyone <3

Waiting for Dad to come do up the house. I'm gonna borrow the car and go for a wander while he's here as neither of us are really into socialising. Don't worry I will come back and feed and water him
