I'll chill, but I resent that comment, and had to let you know why. I find it a cheap and easy option to use (not to mention incorrect etc)

I've got no beef with you. Any issue I raise will always be based on a specific decision, or series of them close together.

And now I've just remembered what you posted about German girl and I'M feeling bad for giving you a hard time. There, that almost never happens ... I feel a twinge of guilt .. make a note of it or something. It does actually happen to me occasionally

What's happening with her anyway? Did she meet your expectations, cept for the bf thing?
 
Well I told her I liked her after that. We're still talking as fluidly as we did before. She's still coming to stay with me in a couple of weeks, despite the fact she knows I fancy her.

There's also the fact that her boyfriend was never referred to as a boyfriend by her. I knew of this guy only as a 'friend', and I only found out after forcing the issue. So I'm feeling more optimistic than I was this time yesterday. It was just a bit of a shock. I like this girl too much to not see how far I can go with her when she comes to stay (not to be confused with simply wanting to get laid).

good thanks, had a job interview thismorning, probably fucked it up by forgetting to research anything about the company, so was unable to answer his first question "what do you know about our company ?"

Schoolboy error, the 2 interviews id had before this one didnt ask that, so i completely forgot about it. It seemed to go OK apart from that, and every interview is good practice even if i dont get the job. Sooner or later i must get one of them though, the law of averages must mean that.
 
You knew literally nothing about the company at all? i'd have sent you straight back out the door at that point. thats like turning up at a sweet factory and not knowing they make sweets or some shit

If the rest of the interview went well then they probably won't be too worried about that first question.
Fingers crossed you get it or another job soon.

when that drought was on or rather when the gear came back I had someone at work pull my aside and say they thought I was on drugs a few months back.

FUBAR drugs have vays of making you feel invincible.

Am ok mate, just waiting for nurse to come round to flush out my picc line etc and need to tell her about my leg as it was getting better but the dvt these last few days leaves me in agony if I just stand up for a minute.
The treatment for it was working so will ask her about it and see what she has to say.
On a lighter note,it's my 43rd birthday today and my mate has bought some big juicy steaks for us to have for dinner tonight.
Can't wait, love steak.
