I'm happy that I won't have to raise my dose for the next couple of months or so, as 800mg is keeping me just about in the therapeutic range. No blood tests for a month now, either! Bit of a result.

What r the side effects ? Also are you advised to not drink.

I don't get many side effects really.

Feel a bit sluggish at times and I get cravings to eat more but that's about it. Get really thirsty too. Alcohol is allowed but too much (i.e. getting properly pissed) isn't advised.

I feel better, aye. A lot more clear-headed and less self-destructive. Which is okay.
 
if u cut out da Booze i bet u would be tip top , u say u get thirsty dat may be Alcohol related ?

Are you on a level wiv it these days ? Fuk knows what happened 2 me it was a overnight Spell or sum shit remember when i was 2/3 Brews a day ?
 
I drink mostly water these days. The thirst is nothing to do with booze; lithium just makes you thirsty because you're effectively taking salt tablets.

I still have one too many drinks every now and then but I don't like being drunk anymore. It's weird.

I had to ban it from my flat , i can still smell some ginger wine my mate spilt 2 months ago that was the final straw .

He has issues wit Booze so i would let him drink ere as an exception . But that was ended when he spilt it .

He is back in Horfield , i hope they get him off it last time he was pissed on release Hooch init
 
The biggest problem is when people use sugary drinks to quench their thirst - I think with Lithium you also pee quite frequently so this helps flush excess fluids out ?

Been drinking like a fish again lately, I don't get alcohol, I managed to not drink for weeks maybe a month, well only having like one 66cl bottle a day with dinner as I think it's a crime to match steaks, roasts or sausages with water and that's what my diet mostly consists of. The past week been drinking two cans of 7% Ceres before dinners, then 3 or 4 66L bottles, walking up feeling like shite.

Worst thing is I'm awaiting payment for my last job, without the money I can't order any kratom, I have dwindling supplies, which means that at the latest I will run out at some point next week, the thought of this is giving me anxiety as I know I'll be in pain and is driving me to drink. Plus I was relying on those benzos and dissociatives to ease the no kratom situation but my parcel was sent back to the sender, double fuck.

Thats pretty scary when you see it piled up like that. The Chocolate McDonalds drink is shocking :D - no wonder there are so many overweight people.
