Happy New Year everyone anyway. I'm in bed already, on my second glass of cheap sparkling rosé. Not the first NYE I've stayed in for, but the first one I've spent on my own. I'd have an early night if I thought I'd sleep. Instead it'll be like any other night for me right now, catching 30-60 minute cat-naps in between toilet visits

we had a couple of database/server issues yesterday and we were further impacted by being short-staffed due to holiday travel. we attended to it as soon as we were able but it was particularly bad yesterday.

turning off video and image embedding won't make the slightest bit of difference as embedded content is rendered in the browser and the data delivered directly from the host to the client.

Just wanted to drop in and wish everyone a happy new year! Hope 2014 is good for all of you
I've also got a question - I took about 600mg of codeine a few hours ago, which is ~200mg more than I'd usually take at once, and I seem to have gotten an allergic reaction for the first time ever. My hands literally doubled in size, I couldn't move my fingers and they turned bright red, as did my face. Luckily I had an anti-histamine around so I just took that and it's better now, but wtf?
Anyone had that happen to them before or know if it's dangerous? Does it basically just mean I took too much at once?
Anyway...waiting on a friend to go out clubbing in a bit, hope you're all having a good night!

and appreciate you in eadd. Pagey, yep that's what happens when you take too much! Sure plenty peeps have endured codeine swellings 8( They do come down within an hour or so if you just keep calm and let the antihistamines do their job. I'd recommend not taking any other drugs or alcohol on top until you are at least back to baseline. Take care x

Yeah seems to be big bombs are the trick, needs to get me some more. yet to experience a comedown off, and speed, hammered it on a off for weeks doesnt leave me rough at all, it but it will bite me
Been having lots of random fun, mates house then a lil rave, brilliant atmosphere. tunes started to let it down a bit, house music but sounded slowed down a bit, crowd was flying for awhile eased off tho you been up to much?

Erm... dunno really. I may or may not have been up to much... Various stuffs 'n' things have happened. Of manifold variety. Kindasorta vaguely exciting... sort of... but mostly other things. Mostlysorta kindavery hard to think on let on speak on. So... erm... yes and no really. I suppose.

Ramblings ain't generally actually random so much as incomprehensible to any wot don't know of wot I sez. That frequently includes me. Not always. More than I'd ideally like though. Kinda 50/50 this time. At best.
That aside, man does I haz munchiez. To the point of cooking be-tinned goods curryfare. And seriously considering knocking up a few chapatis to go with. I may be broken. Or perhaps just hungry.
