I dont think you are to allow the consumption of drugs on your premises? Clubs/Bars etc have been closed before for turning a blind eye to drugs, when the police come in undercover and witness it, surely can be closed down. Unless..are they operating as an actual business? ie selling things like drinks..?

Stockport has a lot of good pubs, and equally enough twats to fill them. Used to go the the vault when I was about 12, beer is cheap as fuck everywhere.
