Yeah I am pretty much housebound, say when you are trying to hold a mobile phone against your shoulder with no hands thats what my head is doing constantly at a 90 degreee angle almost, try and turn it central and it starts spasaming out of control, cervical dystonia possibly he said.

Anyway the only reliever of pain is to lay in my bed resting the neck muscle, so I have been in my room for what feels like weeks the odd trip out at the weekend briefly (after a good bottle of vodka it relaxes the muscle) but only makes it worse straight after.

Hahah maybe I am, long walks in the cold with my dog, but Ive got a load of benzos and booze and laying down means more sleep so I am sat on BL moaning. Never been more appreciative of drug to door delivery though. Being off work is nice though, first time in 6 odd years.. I am getting bored of my room.

Hardly eaten today but started the day off with fruit, loads of chicken and salad so thatll be alright. plus i eat loads of healthy shit most days. fasting is supposed to be good anyway. plus ive been binge eating a bit

glad i didnt do another bomb of speed, trying to sleep last night was bad enough
 
The benefits of fasting are somewhat counteracted when it's brought about by the caining of meph and speed.
 
Ah well its one less burden on my stomach

Plus i started to get fat, nobody wants to employ a wobbly bloater with glasses. unless theyre really clever

Aye I forgot my steam password, got probally £250+ worth of games on there,.. cant retrieve it unless I send them a barcode photcopy of the only non online purchase that I bought (Counter Strike Original) si they havfe my stuff! cant retrieve.
 
awake about an hour- ish feeling rough as a very rough badgers arse my heating is kaput been living on a diet of paper squares for 72 hours with only snacks and milk for sustenance. 3 hours sleep in the last 24 a complete piss-take.

Felt like volunteering as a kamikaze pilot for the japanese most of today only drug i craved was potassium cyanide gel caps. close to tears for a while this is insane and just when i was about to cave i remembered this chick that knocked into me this day last week who was quite keen well left me her number and stuff but shes like 10 years younger than me she looks grand but
anyway seems like the perfect solution to my spiritual "crisis" atm has brought me back to life :-D back to reality

Truthful answer is cos im a greedy fucking fool who wants more than he needs always trying to exceed an already amazing thrill.
im beginning to think on some level i must like torture lol.
Totally not worth the payback.
but i really shouldnt be whinging about it theres people that have real problems that arnt self inflicted due to cardboard.
im lucky

Kids now are into social media bullshit, tweeting all day as if anybody gives a fuck, loads of em dont go out i bet

I used to play now n again when i was a kid, n climb trees, build go karts, bike around etc. feel a bit sorry for this generation growing up in weirdness

Wonder what its like on kids school playgrounds with everybody glued to a smart phone
