I have a Brabantia bin. I need to get some new liners for it, but I've forgotten what size I normally get and I've not got the old packet. They come in various sizes from 3 litres up to 50 litres.

So, volume of a cylinder is pi * r^2 * h. My bin has a radius of 0.19m and a height of 0.62m


pi * 0.19 * 0.19 * 0.62 = 0.07 cubic metres = 70.32 litres. Call it 70 litres.

What the fuck? Where am I going wrong?

nah not sure, i'm hoping its because when i went running a week last thursday i'd had some modafinil and really pushed myself, and ran 1.5x my max, my ankles hurt for days afterwards, its hopefully due to that. The alternatives are worse..

Hitting out with calculations like this "pi * r^2 * h" while thinking about bin liners. Just fucking buy some. If it's a big bin, buy big bin liners, if it's small bin, buy small bin liners. Easy.

There are 11 different sizes, it's not just small, medium and large you know.

Bins?? Seriously???

Got up this morning with an almighty benzo related rebound anxiety, It got so bad driving to work I was having brain zaps, sweats, shaking like a shitting dog etc etc. 45mg of midaz under the tongue, arrive at work a little bit stumbly and quite obviouslm under the influence AGAIN!!!
I dont understand why didnt I just take one until I got where I neede to be. This shift is gonna be a blur. Hope there's no important meetings today cos I'll be fucked if I'll remember them tomorro!!!
