Hey, we're only a week into autumn, don't get carried away! Though as SHM points out, the seasons don't seem to adhere to the procession of equinoxes at all anymore.

Still, I'm hoping for an Indian summer and a week or so without rain or wind. That'll do me.

I got married on the 24th October sometime in the Jurasic period, the weather was dreadful but the pills were proper bangin back then;)

Sorry, it wasn't ignorance that led to my lack of response - I had to do some 'real' work for a bit. I've recovered now. :)

That's settled - we'll have the heatwave coinciding with your friend's wedding. Then autumn can start in earnest if it wants.
