what needs doing?

shouldnt have hoofed a line of MXE when i got back. wonky as fuck for ages this morning, was lovely, but woke up stilll on a mild wonk. not enough hours in the day
 
I want to visit Yellow's shed and bring a flask of hot soup and carrot cake for afters. Sounds bloody lovely it does.

Bit fed up been working all weekend, produced 12,000 words that the man is now proofing for me and cursing at me for all my typos :-( loosing the will to live here...

Fucking ace afternoon in the end, left me wife at home as she wanted to arse about with doilies and corn dollies or whatever women do :p...took me son and 3 of his mates down the allotment, another 2 of his mates joined us on the way, so had 6 6-9 year olds down there, lol. What do they want to play? FIGHTING!!!!!

Hahahaha, after lots of tears and accidents they eventually got into tree climbing, so i sat back and had a couple of bottles of Katy, a few spliffs....watched them swinging between branches...and discovered a new shrrooooooom field, from the comfort of my fucking rocking chair!!! Saw a couple of people about half a mile away, maybe more on a hillside overlooking the plot, just pacing about slowly, now and then crouching for a bit, then more pacing, crouching....by the looks of it the field has plenty of patches.....

Know what I'm doing after work the morrow? :D

and bonus, come home, and missis has cooked a nice roast shoulder of lamb dinner, nearly ready, and a roast is one of the few dinners she doesn't murder.

EDIT>>>>Hi kate, just as I see you here, I wasn';t just drinking, fighting, and swinging through branches at the allotment, picked a load more runner beans (STILL fucking flowering) and a load of beautiful chard too to go with our lamb dinner :D

Sheds rock! Sounds good yella! Ive got two sheds down the allotment, I'm the John Prescott of the allotment world Mail "2 sheds" Monkey. One of them has a woodburner in it for the winter, and is pretty fucking comfy, was listening to Far From The Madding Crowd on Radio 4 in there today. Even better, our woodbuner is now properly riged up, via a botched together mess of ducting and an old fridge outside the shed, so we can use it as a cold smoker.... fuckin I-RIE <3 %)

I'm more of a garage man, a shed would do but my garage / workshop is a little more substantial, I can feel a pic and a thread comming on:)
 
Think there's a Tool Shed in secOnd opinion that covers such ilk - tho we dont have an eadd version. New thread? Is there e ough interest? Considering the garden thread hasn't been starred up there I twinkling lights :-)

Since when has a gauge of the level of interest or the lack thereof had anything to do with the starting of threads around this place;)

I think an all encompassing your favourite little corner to rock back and forth in thread might be quite interesting, my garage is in a right state at the moment as I've not been able to do much about it over the last few months. I'm thinking if I post a pic it may motivate me to getting it tidy:)

lol crackheed, even though the sound quality is shite you can tell thats fucking banging. I want to be there too. I like Slam a lot, they've been fucking good for years.
 
Well fuck a duck, I looked at a shed today, with a kind of shelter at the side for bikes. Small but cool.

Just spent hours in a Guantanamo Bay-recommended stress position balanced on the edge of the bath fitting a bathroom light and constantly fucking up the connection inside. Now that it's on it's like some guttering tallow lamp out the middle ages, barely enough light to take a shit by. I nearly pulled it off the ceiling and smashed it against a wall. Spliff.... then maybe the hottest curry I can stand.

you can do all that bathroom, home DIY stuffjancrow. You can definitely build a shed from scratch. Ours are both built from found wood, stripped out windows, just scavenged stuff, all the sheds at our allotments are made like that. If someone tried to erect a flatpack shed they'd get laughed out the place.

Aye, looks like it was kicking off. That would have been near the start of the night as well, as Slam would likely have been on first. The place must have been going fucking mad by 5am.

I just remembered my stupidity yesterday. Dumped a pile of blues onto my bed, with the intention of putting 10 or so in a wee baggie for snooze/hangover killer later on that night. Then got distracted by food. Left the house & was sat on a train before I realised that I'd just them all lying out. Luckily either no cunt clocked them or they did & didn't give a fuck, as no-one's said anything about it, they were still lying there when I got home earlier & no-one appears to be raging.


MM - Can you post a pic of your allotment? I've never really seen an allotment in person, yours sounds cool. I want to see what it actually looks like.
 
My camera broke a few months ago, I did put some pics up somewhere at the start of the season, I'll have a look.
