Is there even such a thing? I'm no biogeneticist thingy expert or anything, but wouldn't you have to try to breed a kotter with an ottaroo? That is, with the parents the other way around? And even then, I'm fairly sure your eventual offspring would be evenly split between kangaroos, otters, kotters and otteroos. That's how it worked with the red and white flowering pea plants, anyway .....

Plus, you'd need several pairs, otherwise your population would become inbred and susceptible to hereditary problems, you would inevitably be breeding in undesirable characteristics alongside wanted ones.

I'm doing too much thinking. I think this means there is something I am trying to avoid.

My mind drifts to otters who take K....
