This is why i have repeatedly said you need to start the revolution and install yourself as a benign but very twisted dictator. You can save the UK FUBAR. This is what you were born to do. Believe me mate, it is coming. This was talked about last year (admittedly, mainly by myself, SHM and Sprout, under the influence of legally obtained novel psychoactive substances) and involved a Citizen Smith style journey to the houses of parliament in a couple of armoured cars borrowed from a former member of KLF that SHM knows. I can't find the posts now, but they were predictably tedious and not funny at all ;)

Does anybody know about about buprenorphine and odsmethytramadol interactions? I just plugged the last 67 mgs of ODT but since I binged the last few days, especially yesterday, it just barely covered the initial WD symptoms I was feeling when I woke up this morning. I might have to deploy subutex soon as I have to leave the house and can't afford sickness, on the other hand I'm wary of precipitated WDs.

Now I know that people take normal tramadol with subs all the time, one before the other, one after the other and together, some doctors even prescribe the two together, but the ODT has higher mu-receptor affinity, so maybe what works for normal tramadol doesn't apply for ODT?

Advise please? Hope you're all having a great summer day!!
 
I dont answer the phone at all if it's an unknown number or withheld. Its always either someone trying to sell me something I dont want to buy or offering me help reclaiming PPI or compensation for the accident I wasn't aware I'd even had (although I have so many accidents they probably just thought I'd go along with it.......unfortunately most of my accidents have been my own fault so I'm not sure who I would actually be claiming against........myself I guess. :) )

If i had your number i would ring it for shits and giggles. Mainly to get back the 16p you owe me for the last two cum stained teles. Turns out they were yoghurt stains. Customers are complaining.

Precipiated w/ds will not be an issue if you start off with really small bits of bupe under your tongue. That way you will gradually build up the bupe levels, without precipitating instant w/ds by taking far too much. Trust me, you won't feel a thing that way, maybe just very slightly iffy for no more than half an hour maximum, then you can start loading up with as much bupe as you need.

Yeah. I've only had bupe once (and only stayed on it for 3 days) but they gave me 2mg and said to take that and wait to see if I experienced any precipitated withdrawl before taking the rest of the 8mg in was given for that day. In the end I decided I didn't want It anyway (this was when I was about 2 weeks into my methadone withdrawl and I decided I'd rather just tough it out).

While In was at the doctors today and she had just spent 10 minutes explaining to me how I was probably allergic to something in the transdermal delivery system of the fentanyl patches and not the fentanyl itself she then asks me if I wanted to try Butrans patches instead!! I did a quick face palm and asked how exactly this would be any different to the plastic matrix in a fenanyl patch especially since they are made by the same fucking company.....

She jthen conceded I may have a point and gave me some oxy instead but it hardly inspired confidence...:)
