My sister is a mad keen snowboarder, has lived in Colorado for the last decade or so.
Seems like there is no shortage of good powder in the states at the moment, so to speak..
 
Five more days until Copenhagen! I hope work doesn't drag this week. Getting a little anxious about the whole packing and getting there though. Just got to power through and think about all the cinnamon swirls <3

I've woken up on time and not feeling too bad after only 3 hours sleep. First day of a month detox I've decided! :)
Going to get back to some semblance of weights later although it will be a light session until I get this hospital appointment out of the way
 
Sounds like an easy day consumer, or easier than normal anyway? :)

What's for dinner? I feel remarkably fresh for someone who was still watching movies eating cookies at 3-4am lol :S
 
Sleep's gone to shit again. 7/8 hours is meaningless when waking at least 6 times a night.
This time 2 years ago was the last week I spent happy with my (ex-)fiancée, the 28th was the last day we spent together.
Gotta go show my MH care coordinator I'm not swinging from the fixtures and then today can just fuck off.

MONDAY ARGH. yeah i also got about 3 hours sleep due to taking some 3meopcp too late in the evening (and stress).

Just had a score it looks like. In the January sale this year after being given a squat rack for Xmas bought from the company powerhouse fitness I bought a £220 7ft Olympic bar to go with the squat rack and 100kg of rubber coated weights plates.And what an ordeal they've managed to make of it. Sent out a 6ft bar and the metal weights 2 weeks ago. Absolute nightmare to get hold of them to explain the error, then was promised delivery next day which had taken at least a week. However they've now delivered the bar and weights I actually ordered, while forgetting to collect the others. I'm hoping they do not remember about this :P
 
Today I watched a guy doing a full 64 pill CWE in a self-sewn internal pocket of his coat, complete with a small bottle with 100ml of water tied to the fabric on one side and an empty container holding a coffee filter held in place with an elastic band on the other. He didn't even wait to get home to do it, he was extracting his goodies while walking down the street and waiting for the bus.
I gave him a knowing wink and said "Paramol's better..." and he replied only with the facial expression of a defecating deer highlighted by the headlights of an oncoming lorry.
