GHB/Bodybuilding - Timing?

I've heard a lot of people say that GHB is used by bodybuilders (in lieu of steriods).
What is the proper timing of dosing with GHB with respect to your workout? Should you dose the GHB and immediately begin your workout? Should you dose, wait a few hours, and then work out? Should you work out and then dose?
Also, what is the proper dose for this purpose? Is it the same as a recreational dose?
 
GHB is used at night when you wanna gonna to bed. The theory is, you get such a good nights rest that muscle repair is more efficient. It's not used prior to or directly after a workout.
Dose woud be smaller than a typical rec dose of G as you are not trying to party off it. Yo just want it to help you relax a bit.
I dont think any scientific date exists that supports any claims that GHB used as a bodybuilding aid actually works. Imo, it sounds like an excuse for the health-conscious to have a little fun with rec drugs.

I have been using GHl and have been weightlifting for months now and I see no extraordinary gains. I use it atleast 4-5 times at 1.5-2.0 ml a week before bed so I am guessing if there was an effect it would be kicking in by now. It may work for excreting GH but I'll stick to its other effects that are much more worthwhile.
 
GHB increases IGF (insulin growth factor) levels, which in turn promotes HGH (human growth hormone) production. Definitely use it after working out and take a short nap or before bed, because muscle is only built while your body is sleeping. It definitely works, I'd rank it somewhere around the effectiveness of creatine. Also, be sure to use it in the same manner, about 6-8 weeks on and then cycle off 2-4 weeks, or else your body can become adapted and it will no longer have beneficial effects. Last thing while you're doing this, don't use it to party during this time, or you will only be building your tolerance to G, which is counterproductive.

Well, being a bodybuilder I have heard it all. For awhile there was some real idea that GHB did indeed have the chemical makeupe to act as a precurser to GH. However, in the bodybuilding worls this drug has been debunked by many top nutritional pros, as well as gurus, who are even pro steroids. They found no real benefit to GHB other than producing a better sleep (REM) which like was mentioned does aid the release of HGH.
I can tall you I have done serostim (GH) and have used GHB enough to realize there is no real benefit to this substance as far as producing GH. In fact, I would only use this for the nights that are really hard to fall asleep....as juice often makes me restless.
HGH --Real Gh, is the shit as long as you know what you are doing... Taking GH on it's own will not really do anything, taking it with test will produce very nice results (fat burning, more lean muscle --- just to name a FEW) Gh, test, insulin, you get huge and ripped. also taking some T-3 helps.
 
Do a search for GHB + Bromocriptine combo,
GHB Releases GH + counteracting prolactines, the Bromo eliminates the prolactines hence The Balance swings far more to the anabolic side
 
GHB is not a precursor for growth hormone but it has been shown to significantly increase natural growth hormone when taken before sleep.

I don't think GHB/GBL has any use in bodybuilding whatsoever, aside from improved sleep. Sure, it releases GH, but also a boatload of prolactin. Even with prolactin inhibitors, you'd get more GH release. Is there anything out there that DOESN'T release GH? Hell, whey protein, certain amino acid combos, starvation, strenuous exercise...they all release GH.
I used over a litre of GBL to myself, and noticed absolutely no improvements as far as musculature or leanness are concerned. Believe me, I wish I did :)

GHB has no use in bodybuilding or sport.
The small GH increase that it provokes is deactivated by the simultaneous increase in prolactin levels.
Even if you take yet more drugs to control your prolactin levels you will not see real gains from it. You need a lot of GH to see a difference, that is why doing GH is such an expensive choice.
