So, a few years ago I used to take 5-6g of ghb before going to bed and it was the best sleep I ever had. I'd fall asleep almost immediately, sleep for about 5 to 6 hours and wake up rested like after 9h of normal sleep. Never had any problems with addiction or any other negative side effects. But then they made gbl illegal in my country and I was back to my normal shitty sleep. I've tried other medicines (benzos, z-drugs, alcohol, melatonin, ..) but all of them suck in one way or another (too weak, feel tired in the morning, build tolerance way too fast, bad sleep quality, toxic, ...). Is there anything that comes close to ghb as far as sleep goes?
