Gf dosnt appreciate me

Ive been with my gf for over a year now and more recently she has put nothing into the relationship and i feel very unappreciated, ive given up on alot to be with her i put everything i have into the relationship and get nothing back i have talked with her about this and how i feel but she just dosnt change and she keeps saying she will how can i fix this.

I felt like this in my previous relationship and it was one of the reasons I broke up with him. If she won't change then perhaps considering breaking up. You said you've talked to her about it and she hasn't changed. Unless you can try a different route, a break up may be in order. I tried with my ex for three years and he never changed. My bf now appreciates me, I appreciate him, it's great.

actions speak louder than words. she says she'll change but she's demonstrated she won't. you deserve to be with somebody who appreciates you and makes you feel good about yourself. what's your plan?

I agree with Llama, If she doesn't appreciate you, confront her about your problem and break up with her, if she comes running back, hopefully she'll change her attitude towards you and appreciate you, if she doesn't, sorry to break it to you but theres plenty more fish in the sea
