is this normal even with good cocaine? or is it just from having very low quality coke?

even after one line i feel very tired and out of it. the coke i have atm is very low-quality so it may be that?

When coming down from coke i have trouble putting my words together in the right order, which in turn causes me to be antisocial because it makes it hard to talk to people. I only get tired if ive been on a binge. BTW ii only do coke if its raw, so its not b/c you have shitty coke although i could see the negative side effects being me pronounced with lesser quality stuff

Whenever I come down from coke I always feel a little anti-social. I don't really see how you couldn't unless you have something to cushion the come down.

ive noticed some coke just gets me on an anti-social feeling. and i notice that when its bad coke. when its good i dont get that feeling, sometimes not even on the comedown. i had some amazing coke a couple weeks ago that a couple bumps was all i needed in an hour when ill usually be bumping every 10 mins or so. and no comedown, easy sleep after.

^ Someone this uneducated on cocaine should not be using it, IMO.

Coke makes your [over]social while it is acting. There's no such thing as a free lunch though: whatever euphoria you steal from your neurones, you will pay later in sullenness and low spirits. It has nothing to do with the quality of your stim.

It's sure as hell normal to feel that way during when you're coming down from coke, but if you feel that way like right after snorting a line or two, then chances are you've just got some pretty shitty coke at the moment.

It's also possible that Cocaine just has a particularly odd effect on you & that, for whatever reason, it's just not a good drug for you [I mean, coke isn't a good drug for anyone, but it's REALLY not a good drug for you if it makes you feel tired & anti-social]. Although I've very rarely heard of Cocaine effecting people in the ways you've described, I have known at least a few people who have described similar effects from cocaine use.

It doesn't matter at all whatsoever the quality of the coke in terms of the after-effects such as "anti-social behavior." The only instance where low quality coke could increase these anti-social after effects is if the coke is cut with another active substance that has such after effects.

And yes, coke is a very pro-social drug (at least initially) and generally heavy drugs cause just the opposite of the positive effect they initally give once you come down (e.g. herion euphoria to dysphoria, amphetamine wakefulness to groggy tiredness, etc.)

Cocaine acts on, and subsequently stimulates down-regulation and depletes neural secretion of dopamine - the neurotransmitter intimately associated with social confidence, attention, mental acuity, anti-depression, pleasure, euphoria and reward.

It is therefore a matter of common sense that depletion of this vital neurochemical would lead to effects that are opposite of those that its presence stimulates.

All cocaine will do this, regardless of quality. Of course, depending on what your lesser-quality cocaine may have been cut with (from baking soda to methamphetamine), there will be varying degrees of neurotransmitter depletion - as well as varying types of neurotransmitters being depleted (the possible depletion of nor/epinephrine, serotonin, acetylcholine, etc. will all produce different effects than pure dopamine depletion).

...So, if you do not enjoy the feeling, cocaine is not the drug for you; if anything can be said, it's that it certainly will not modify its mechanism of action to fit your preferences! ;)

/\ yes, and with increased quality and dosage, comes stronger side effects, and possibly even different ones.

Now, you didnt specifye if it was "right" after, or 10-30 miutes after. If its making you feel groggy, tired, or out of it, I dont know. I have friends with ADHD and they swear that cocaine slows things down for them and describe what your describing. Maybe you have Add,adhd, or whatever it is. I have read somewheres that it has opposite effects for users with add/adhd(cant remember which one)

If you dont like it then maybe you should stop using cocaine. Who wants to snort cocaine these days anyways? unless you

A-Live in Peru
B-live in any country that is close to where its made (no stomping)
C- Have a miraculous hook-up-is possible, i did years ago.
D-Know how to clean up your own coke
E- Love sniffing baking powder, pooping powder, quinone, lactose, talcom powder, or god knows what else.

I havent seen anyone snort a line of cocaine for almost 7 years. My town is full of smokers and junkers.......

Same here, lot of ppl use to freebase\wash it with baking soda and smoke in a self made bong, some street pushers in Turin give already freebased coke; dealers with cocaine in powder form use lots of cuts like amphetamines or god knows what shit they mix in it......

That's called coming up and down for me. Never liked it and especially when I had a line during an MDMA session - ruined it. We're all different though.

If you get all tired right after doing it then either your brain chemistry is different than most or most likely its just really low quality coke..I can get really good coke and it might amp me up enough to be anti social towards people I don't know ,but it definitely does not make me tired, quite the opposite, anyway everyone is different but i'd say you got some really shitty coke.

i've had this before, but in my experience it's actually when i did too little.

it's like a plateau that i have to cross, if i don't do a big enough line(s)
i just sit there and kind of zone out. it's not unpleasant at all though, people
just don't get what's going on.

it also happens if i do waaaaay too much.

i have to find the "sweet spot"
