Getting to sleep post MDMA/pills WITHOUT benzos

I just won't take the risk now.

Luckily for me cannabis gives me the dreamiest CEV's after mdma and i always sleep well after a night out.

I find it really easy to sleep after pure MDMA.
I find using GHB after MDMA is amazing for getting to sleep. Amazing!!! Prefer this over benzos.
Weed can help.
Ketamine is okay too.

I don't think its the mdma that keeps me up, i really struggle to sleep during the day even with the help of cannabis and benzos, my body clock simply says NO

and it is usually about 9/10am by the time i get home from london lol
