welll the way i see it theres sorta a limit to how baked you can get, smoking past a certain point just increases tolerance, as well as duration
with something like alcohol, you keep getting more drunk, until vomiting, coma death and such,
so if the penaltys for drinking and driving are the same as driving high this is unjust

Your logic is horribly flawed when it comes to the final sentence, especially given that the task involved here was memory based. Just because a noob is affected more than a vet doesn't instantly mean you, as a driver under the effect of MJ, are not impaired, especially given that the DUI limit ranges from >0.00 BAL to >0.05.
