Getting tested for JWH-018

I have read alot of info on there forums regarding k2 and spice and there detection times but just wanted to get your opionions on my specific case.

In a weeks time I may be getting tested for jwh-018. The last time I smoked it was 11 days ago (12th march), prior to that the last time I had it was on the 25th of Feb(14 days). I excersise quite alot (everyday). Do you think I will be safe?

I just want your thoughts.
